You're born and put inside a box.

You live in a box.

You go to school, and tick boxes.

You go to work, driving in a box. 

To work in a box. Staring at a box.

And when you die, you're put in a box.

The only life worth living is outside of the box.

Sit, journal, meditate.

Your body isn't just a home, it's a vehicle.

Use it to change yourself, physically and mentally.

当你闷闷不乐，就打开身体。

当你忧心忡忡，就关闭身体。

静静坐着，写写日记，或者沉默冥想。

你的身体不仅仅是你的家，它还是一部车。

Speak on stage.

Start a company with no experience.

People will tell you to be 'realistic' to drag down to their reality.

Resist.

When you start before you are ready, reality shifts drastically.

鼓起勇气上台演讲。

毫无经验，白手起家。

别听他们的！

没做好准备，就开始吧！因为现实太过风云变幻。
